Day 1 - Kindergarten Craziness!

Hello!!!!  I would like to welcome my new viewers!!  If you have taken a look at last year's posts you can see we have a lot of work to do to be ready for 1st grade but I know we can do it!

Our first day was a little crazy.  We had lots of kids running around, the breakfast line was a mile long, and we got out of school early!  Thank you to all of the parents who let me know where their student was going after school!  This makes things sooo much easier!  Here are some photos of my NEW classroom and then all but two students who weren't at school today!!! 

This is the view from the door as well as our new addition... the turtles!  The kids love these two critters!

This is a picture of our math center, housekeeping center and lastly the library.  The students seemed to love the housekeeping center because of the endless possibilities! 

Here is the picture of our first PWIM poster.  We will be starting to label it tomorrow on Red Day.  I will be posting more PWIM activities as soon as we start doing them!!!
